Biryani Mela

AS a part of Ramzan festival and to represent the diverse culture and cuisines of India and the state of Karnataka,‘Biryani Mela’ was organised at Loyola ITI premises on 21st April 2023. The main objective of the event was to bring together the students,staff and faculty from different cultural backgrounds to enjoy the delicious and popular dish Biryani. Fr. Pratap Chandru SJ, was invited as the guest of the program. The event provided an opportunity for the students to showcase their culinary skills. It deepened the peer relationship andbrought the students close to the staff, making everyone feel like family. The event also helped the students to work as a team with collaborative spirit.
