ON JOB TRAINIG REPORT

Loyola ITI students had undergoneOn Job Training (OJT) in Ajax Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Doddaballapur. Totally 44 students from Electronic Mechanic and Fittertrade trainees had undergone the training from 1st February 2023 to 28 February 2023.

During the training students have learnt about the various components of Hydraulic system such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, reservoirs, actuators, and motor.They also have learnt about the principles of fluidsmechanism, fluid properties,operation of hydraulic system, troubleshooting of common issues with the hydraulic system. In their training period, the food and accommodation was provided with the stipend of Rs.8000 per trainee. Trainees have received the certificate from Ajax company and NCVT.The Job training has provided the opportunities for the students to learn the new skills and knowledge.
