Celebration of the Feast of St. Ignatius Loyola

Loyola ITI celebrated the feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus and a spiritual man who dedicated his life to serving God and influenced others to follow the path of selfless service. Inauguration of the Ignatian week was held on 24th July 2023 and celebrated until 28th July 2023.The celebration created the platform for the students to actively engage in drawing, collage and puzzlecompititions on the theme of St. Ignatius.

The Celebration concluded on 28th July 2023with a short program with welcome dance by Electronic Mechanic students.The principal Mrs. Mary Veronika welcomed the gathering and chief guest Mr. Sridhar Sampath addressed the gathering and delivered the message about St. Ignatius life.Fr. Denzil Lobo SJ, the Director of Loyola ITI gave the keynote and motivated the students with Ignatian values. Competitions winners were recognised and rewarded with prizes for their efforts. Distribution of sweets and snacks to the students had added joyful touch to the program.The event concluded with vote of thanks by Monish from MMV 2nd year.The program provided an opportunity for the students to be inspired by the teachings of St. Ignatius and fostered the sense of selflessness service.
