Independence Day Celebration

To pay tribute to the nation and to honour the sacrifices of the freedom fighters, 77th Independence Daywas celebrated atLoyola ITI campus with great enthusiasm.

The campus was adorned with tricolour decorations which reflected the pride and unity of the nation.The day began with the hoisting of the Indian national flag by Director Fr. Denzil Lobo S.J,Mrs.Mary Veronica, the principal of Loyola ITIand Mr. John Bosco, Senior JTO.

Students recited the patriotic songs, performed dance and evoke the sense of national pride among the students.Fr. Denzil Lobo SJ addressed the gathering by highlighting the essence of integrity, fraternity, unity in diversity and motivated the students to uphold these principles in their lives.

The celebration filled the spirit of freedom and patriotism among everyone’s heart. The programme was concluded with a vote of thanks. At the end, sweets were distributed to the students.
