INTER HOUSE TOURNAMENT

An inter house Tournament was organized in the Loyola ITI campus and the inauguration of the tournament was done on the 26th May 2023.Students from all the trades got the opportunity to participate in the tournament.

The main objective of the tournament was to develop self-confidence and competitive spirit. The inauguration of the Tournament was done by Director, Rev.Fr. Denzil Lobo S.J and Principal, Mrs. Mary Veronika. To remove the darkness and to Ignite the passion of sporting spirit,the Olympic Flame was lit by Rev. Fr. Denzil Lobo S.J and was passed among the different house captains. To respect the rules, regulations and to take part in the competition spirit of fair play, the Olympic Oath was taken by the students. A beautiful scene was created by releasing the white Dove which symbolizes peace, love and unity.

Inter house Cricket and Badminton competitions were held for the students of all the trades.Matches were played among the teams St. Inigo, St. Xavier, St. Joseph and St. Aloysius. In the cricket competition St. Xavier team showed their remarkable bravery to beat St. Aloysius team. St. Aloysius team became the runner up.In Badminton St.Joseph team won the first position and St.Xavier team became the runner up.All the teams showcased their skills and determination while playing.
