Managing stress during exam time is crucial for maintaining focus, clarity, and overall well-being. A stress management session was conducted by the Nimhanscentre to help students in dealing with exam-related stress and improving their performance. Sessions providedthe students, strategies to cope with exam-related stress and perform better academically. A healthy lifestyle during exam periods, including adequate sleep, regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and managing stress through activities like meditation or yoga.The session also briefed on creating study schedules, setting realistic goals, managing time efficiently during exams and maintaining a positive mindset. The session encouraged the students to adopt effective study habits.
