Visit To(ICRDCE)

On August 26, 2023, Mrs. Mary Veronika and Mr. John Bosco visited the Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE) in Chennai to gather information regarding the implementation of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) certificate program under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, for Loyola ITI in Bangalore. NSDC certificate program aims to provide skill development opportunities to a wide range of students. During their visit, they had a meeting with Rev. Fr. Dr. S. Xavier Alphonse S.Jthe Director of ICRDCE explained the intention and motive behind starting this course, emphasizing its value for students who have failed the 10th grade and especially for school dropouts.

Father Xavier provided them with information on various aspects such as, the availability of training materials,handouts, registration forms for training centres,enrolment procedures, List of Approved Job roles, candidate Enrolment Form, ICRDCE Training Certificateand training Assessment Procedurerelated to the NSDC certificate program.
